Are all of the pieces on the CityRocka Website handmade? Good question. Most are, but some aren't. Sometimes I'll mix a vintage find with something new to give it that "unique quality," while at other times I'll just scout out something funky that I think my website visitors will go crazy for!

You say that the jewelry on your website is budget affordable. What does affordable mean to you? I suppose it all depends on who's doing the buying. I try to give customers a range of price points in a style that is top-notch or similar so that there is something for everyone.

What's the best way for me to care for Jewelry purchased from the CityRocka Website? With care of course. The majority of our pieces are considered to be high-end costume pieces. However, they can last for a very long time if you make certain not to get water on them and avoid direct contact with perfume or alcohol based products, which have a tendency to destroy the gold or silver coating.

Are your jewelry pieces refundable? Here at CityRocka Jewelry we take great pride in maintaining customer satisfaction. Should there be any product that you might be dissatisfied with we ask that you contact us at (646) 355-3396 or E-mail us. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS, but your item may be exchanged or you may receive a store credit. Your item must be returned within (five) 5 days, and in the condition that it was received. Once the item has been returned to us and inspected, a store credit or exchange will be applied. Thank you for your business!

I'm a jewelry crafter and I think a piece I created will fit in well on the CityRocka Website. How can I be showcased? Great! How do you ship? Our standard shipping service for the 48 contiguous states (Sorry, Domestic only) is USPS Shipping for a flat fee of $4.95. For proper delivery you must provide a street address (no PO Boxes). We Ship orders Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on weekends. Standard shipments will be processed 2-3 business days of the time of purchase, and product delivery occurs within 2 days in most cases.

This is the best website ever. Do you have a Storefront location somewhere? No way. We want to pass the savings on to you by keeping our prices competitive, and besides, our online sales keeps us plenty busy !
